Return Policy

• Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product(s) to us.
• We have the right to deny credit if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
• Items marked as 'Clearance' or 'Last Chance' are non-refundable and non-returnable other than for issues such as defects in materials.
• Returns not initiated through your account and sent without our knowledge will not be accepted.
• Once returns are initiated, they must be sent back to us within 30 days.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Custom stamps are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process your return once we receive the items back. Most returns are processed within 5 business days.
